Same Side Advisory (“we”) operates this marketing website. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. It is written for a consulting practice, not a consumer app.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, organization, and message. We use that information only to respond, send you a copy of what you submitted, qualify a potential engagement, and keep records of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to operate and secure the site. If we later add analytics, they will be documented here before they go live.

Client work

Information shared under a consulting agreement is governed by that agreement and any NDA, not by this website policy. We do not train models on client data.
